Don't sweat it when you are taking it into the shop. Tell your tech/mechanic that you just replaced the compressor/accumulator/orifice tube/etc.etc. and you wish to have a complete service done. This entails a flush with solvent, then deep evacuation, and then it will be recharged with the appropriate oil and refrigerant charge. Though some do suggest of getting a regular bottle of PAG oil, not the little pressurized cans - and pouring in an ounce or two into the replacement compressor and then turning it by hand. Good initial lube will keep it protected when it's kicked over for the first time.
