Remove the door panels and lubricate the regulator. If the motors are still good then the windows should operate properly. If the motors are bad you will see no change. Before replacing the motors check the voltage at the motors to make sure they are getting 12 or more volts. If there is a bad ground or hot wire to the motors they may not work properly. If the motors are bad then they can be replaced without removing the regulators.
