NA is hard and everything needs to flow correctly there are too many variables and it takes a very skilled engine builder to build a na monster such as the one you are looking for. i would seriously consider a supercharger. Not so much a turbo because the valves are not stainless steel and will create a lot of heat. where as a supercharger creates heat but not as much as a turbo set up. with forced induction you do not need to know flow numbers or valve angle degrees for optimum flow. if i had a b18c i would leave the head basically stock except the valves and springs, and get an aebs sleeved block and boost the shit out of it. na engine building is just too hard, and expensive. i you mess up on the head time to throw it away and try again.
