During the G2 Lightning run, the 99-00 Lightning had 360hp the 01-04 had 380hp. I would think that you could get them to go 13s in stock trim easily. To get info about the Lightning check out the NLOC.net, tons of info there for both generation Lightnings.

the 02 Lightning had "true blue" paint option and in 03-04 they had sonic blue(I think) as an option.
