to clarify since i have a little more time now, make sure the I and E on the intake and exaust valve cams are at marks on top, notch on bottom is lined with mark on engine block also.

I believe it is recomended to replace the tensioner as well? don't really know if that's necessary... fastkia would probably know...

I'm not a mechanic, I'm the guy people bring their car too when they don't run. I usually scratch my head and tap on stuff, then call the dealer to see if they can help me find the carburetor.
