Fuel filter is under the car inside of the right rear wheel. Crawl under the car and you'll see it on the frame rail. It's in held in place with a big clamp-type thing, just wiggle it out. When I changed mine I didn't relieve the fuel pressure and there wasn't any problem and fuel didn't spray all over the place, but you may want to relieve pressure just to be safe. Be careful not to damage the fuel lines getting the filter off. There are two types of connections that I know of (my Sunfire and my wife's 97 GrandAm both use the same fuel filter; the new ones both had same type of connector, but the old ones had two different types).
PCV is located on valve cover with a rubber hose connected to it. Very easy to replace. Just look at it and you'll figure it out.
