Yes The Maf Sensor Is Directly Tied In With Your Fuel Delivery System.
See If You Can Have An Auto Electric Shop Test It For You Once You Remove It Also Some Auto Parts Stores Test Various Ignition Componants For Free..look Into That..
By The Way Have You Changed Out Your Fuel Filter Or Pressure Tested Your Fuel System..what Is The Condition Of Your Spark Plugs???
Is Your Alternator Output Right??
Low Voltage To The Ecu Can Trigger Off Codes And Do All Kinds Of Funky Things..the Computer Depends On Proper Voltage And A G O O D Ground..
