First off, I would recommend going bigger on the rims. I've got 17's on mine (2001) and its lowered and I have never had any problems. If you get bigger rims, you will have less rubber. The tires on my rims are .1 bigger in diameter than my stock rims so you can come close. If you post your tire size I can help you find a size for a bigger rim that would be really close to the same size as your stock tires. Reupholtering isnt cheap. Check out
www.jcwsportcompact.com. You can find two different sets, one cloth and one leather. In both you get the front and back seats as well as the cloth part of your door panel. The cloth set is $500 and the leather in $700. I would have to agree with going with a urethane body kit. If you drag with a fiber glass body kit, you are looking at a big expensive mess. My friend hit a pothole in his Tiburon and it really screwed up his front bumper. Just learn to avoid potholes. One of my other friends hit one hard in his 04 Civic and it took a big chunk out of the sidewall.
