Sierra, sorry for just responding to your post. After a closer look, the noise is both inside and outside of the cabin. I repeat, the noise increases gradually as the car is used through the day. In the morning there is no noise and the pedal feels smooth. By the afternoon, the pedal squeaks and the travel is rough everytime it is engaged.
