Been through GM Customer Assitance Center & BBB Auto line and the answer I keep getting is "we are standing by the decision made by the area service manager". I might give the dealer one last shot since he stands to lose the most from the deal because if GM or the dealer aren't willing to budge then I will not take another vehicle to them for servicing and/or repair.

I hope Ford gets a clue and starts making an Expedition XL (Excursions are just a bit too ugly), I would certainly give one a try the next time I need a new vehicle, especially if GM gives suburbans the same crappy look they have given their pickups.
