area service manager is shit call gm corporate and get ahold of your areas , (they used to call them zones but they call them something else now,) manager. the dealer does not have the last say in anything, but just out of curiousity just exactly where is the hole? if its not in a wear spot why replace the whole rug? go to a yard, used to be called junk yards. find something with the same color rug, cut out a pease about twice the size of the whole and got to a rug installer in your area, house rugs, they can cut that peace and make it so you will never know it. just a siggestion if calling corporate does you no good.
