There is a period of training and development (aka the Newbie Phase). All new mods are given these rules to adhere by. Not following them risks forfeiting the status of being a moderator. NO EXCECPTIONS.
I have condensed these rules for simplistic purposes here in this thread since we all know that members wanting to become moderators have tiny brains and cannot accumulate so much knowledge at one time.
With that said, here are the rules...
Rules for Newly inducted Male Moderators
1- You will be used and reused by the female moderators at any time they wish and see fit.
2- You will not complain when told to walk toward the female mod on your hands and knees begging to be discipline.
3- You will address the female mods as Yes your highness, Yes my Princess, As you command my love.
4- You will stand erect at all times in their presence.
5- You will come on command when called upon by the female mods.
6- On a weekly basis out of your own miserable allowance you will send flowers and chocolate to the female mods.
7- You will address any fellow male mods (knights) as Yes sire.
8- You will address Igor as Yes My King.
9- You cease and desist any future jokes on the King and his knights.
10- The words "jay loves midgets" is forbidden from your lips ever again.
11- You will address Moppie as Big Daddy.
12- You will ban anyone wanting to be a mod on sight.
Rules for Newly Inducted Female Moderators
1- You will be naked at all times.
2- You will shave your hair in unsightly areas
3- You will address Igor as Yes my Studly King
4- You will bring us coffee and donuts anytime, anywhere
5- Any of your winnings in any gambling hall are to be place in the Community Chest of future shaking toys.
6- You will be entered in a weekly mud fight,the winner gets the toys in the chest, the loser sleeps with Oz or Jay (or whoever is available that week).
7- You will allow certain mods to perform a different modification on you every week.
