Stop the whining and stand up for your rights. Climb on top of the kitchen table (use a stoop if you can't reach it) and scream at the top of your lungs, "I am mad as hell, and I am not going to take it anymore. I want more of my drink. I am a man damnit."

Either they will submit to your demands, or they will knock you off the table, which wouldn't be a bad thing, since you have a fear of rollercoasters and the fall will feel like one anyway. Either way one of your problems will be fixed.
