I think T-cut is old hat now, we have moved on since then!
In the UK go for Autoglym's Paint restorer for a deep cut, i.e. lots of orange peel. As Tamiya paint goes on smooth I would recommend 3M Finesse it, available from Trade Auto Paint suppliers, it is very soft and gives a deep shine. Smells great too, they both do! The smell of T-cut sucks!
