I bought my 2005 Kia Sedona on 2-12-05, it was a program car with 3310 miles on it. On 2-19-05 I returned it to Kia, I was getting 8.4 mpg, and there was a cracking and popping in the front end. I got it back 3 weeks later, they had replaced the engine long block, and found some plastic part in the front end suspension comming out they removed and replaced. As of today...5-27-05...I have returned it to the dealership 6 times for the check-engine light being on, they have replaced the sensors twice. Two times for Front-end noises which they say now is normal for the Kia. My fuel mileage is now at 10 to 12 mpg, and Kia tells me to get used to it.
As for the dealership

I was shoved so hard into the Sedona, I never had a chance. I went into the dealership looking at a used car, I hoped to get someday a New Sorento, or other SUV type car. But on that day I was subject to influence from my daughter who liked the Van and my very confusion that I was even credit worthy to get a new car. I realized my error within 24 hours, but of course in NC, you don't get a breather to change your mind.

So here I am, I really hate the Sedona, and wish it would burst into flames and devour itself.
Well thanks for allowing me a place to stamp my foot and scream a bit, I know it dosen't change anything, but it makes me feel better.
Oh and on Monday while I was getting the front end and check engine lite fixed AGAIN.....

I requested a seatbelt extender, but was told Dodge, Chrysler and Toyota all had them available, but Kia dosen't, and they gave me a number to call and complain, Kia says...We do the minimum required seatbelt length, if you do not fit Don't buy a Kia.
Enjoy ......
