An update on the situation: I just ordered a set of 4 Bilstein Heavy Duty Monotube shocks. From all of the selections below these seemed to be the best. It looked to me that reflex shocks are a relatively minor improvement over normal twin tubes, and monotubes are really a significantly different and better design. $260 shipped from shox.com for all 4 (these guys are pretty good, shipped same day at 4:30 PM and I'm getting it next day in orange county
). We'll see how they work. Will post an update when they get installed tomorrow.
