true that, i wouldn't street race if there weren't such strick regulation, on top of that it cost too much... if i could go and just run my car for free i would drive the extra distance... in my case it is cheaper to pay tolls and go to a street racing spot and chill with about 100 other cars that are all in the same situation as me...
well, in all honesty, i do get quite a rush when the cops bust the shit up tho... that's definately fun, what can i say, i'm 17, stupid and know it
