Um, wow...never heard of that. First off, are you talking about the stock gauge or an aftermarket gauge...I'm assuming stock.
First off how do you know the ECU is firing the injectors that rich?
Secondly, when you said you changed everything...can you please list everything.
Third...just for the sake of basics...is your MAS plugged in?
What do your rpms look like when all of htis happens?
Have you checked your ECU?
