-oil and filter
-gas filter
-air filter
-cabin filter
-why replace the 02 sensor if it still works? Wait till you get a check engine light then do it.
-spark plugs
-top off all fluids, power steering, washer and coolant.
-change your coolant if you think its necessary
-brake fluid flush if you think its necessary
-check rear fluid, if burnt or very dark change it with correct BMW fluid. Dont use pep boys crap.
-rotate tires if need be, also set the correct pressures
-check your brakes and replace if need be.
-check all your lights inside and out.
-Make sure all your accessories are working
-Check your engine belts. Any cracks that you can see change them.
-oil all lock latches and hinges
-drive the car and see if the steering wheel is straight and the car drives straight down the road with out any pulling.
-listen for noises
-check C/V axel boots
-check the front ball joints and tie rods by shaking the tire at 12 and 6 for ball joints and 3 and 9 for tie rods.
You might wana have someone do that while your under the car looking for movement.
-Also replace the copper o-rings that are on your oil and differential plugs.
-check exaust for movement and rusted holes.
-Check everything under the car and see if anything looks wrong or is broken. Same with the engine bay and interior.
-check wiper blades and washer jets
-make sure the rear defrost works or atleast gets hot.
-check operation of all seat bets and latches.
-I forget but if your car has plug wires you might wana change them.
-DO a total car check over. Check every possible thing you can think of or see.
