Thanks for the reply. After locating a schematic online, it turns out that there is another fuse block in the engine compartment that has all the big fuses (40A and above). The Chilton manual doesn't even mention this block. I checked that fuse block and found a 40 amp fuse that was blown and replaced it and all works now, except the seat belt light still stays on. I've been told it is grounding problem. Thanks again.
