I worked on one for the auto mechanics teacher at my HS...1000gal made from 2 500gal propane tanks. it was actually a griller/smoker...but you get the idea. i have no plans but as far as making it mobile. we took an old flat bed trailer and replaced the hubs and welded the tanks to that. you can pick one up pretty cheap. he said ir was like $30 but one of the bearings was fucked and the other was about to go. you can get one that is good to go for 70-100 pretty easy around here. you dont need some huge ass one for carying cars or w/e...a small 4x8 one will carry the weight as long as you put tires with a higher load rating on it.
