suggestions for engine rebuild kits

Hey all, I'm rebuilding my '92 soon and I'm looking into what kits I should go with. I'm not building it that balls out or anything. I'm leaning towards the Federal Mogul engine kit from Summit and probably an Eagle crank. I'm pretty sure I'm going with a Transgo overhaul kit (I did see the post about trans rebuild kits but I'm really trying to do this on some type a budget).

I've also got a question about the TBI (I'd post this in the C/K forum, but they seem little less able to help) Would the stock TBI be able to keep up with a larger cam. I was thinking about going to Vortecs and going with a little more aggressive cam but I don't want to shell out the money for a new EFI system. Also, would the TBI off a junkyard 454 work if I pulled the prom or got my prom reprogrammed, I mean would this be a solution to more fuel without paying for a Holley system.

I'm open to any help or suggestions you guys have.
