Fun fact, the oil capacity for the 4g63 is 4.63 quarts

Hard one to forget.

Also, the pip cock to drain the radiator is plastic and chinsey, you may be able to take it off with your fingers. Easy to break.

Some people say engine oil is better to do when the car is hot, since you'll extract more of the goopy old oil before filling back up.

Also, when installing the new filter, do as gthompson said, but also take a drop of new engine oil and lightly coat the rubber seal on the new oil filter. When you do your oil next time, you'll thank yourself.

Lastly, go buy Haynes and Chiltons manuals.
