Yea, definetly not a CAI. From teh pic it almost looks shorter than my intake pipe though (but it's hard to tell from pictures). That said, looks pretty much like mine I got from 3SX and I've had mine on a little less than a year and my blue hose clamp whatevers are still nice and blue
