Intake design, crap. #6 gets too much air and goes lean.

number 3 mains have oiling problems at higher rpms.

The trans syncros suck, not too mention 3rd is weak, because of the gear being offset.

There are some other issues, but I cannot think of them.

RB26s are very well built engines for the most part, and without diving into the internals you can have a stock engine lats a long time at the 500hp range. When you go over that, the weak point will show up, but most of it will depend on its tune, except for the trans.
