Hi and thank you for your reply, I made an error on the age of the truck it is a 96, not a 98, oops, yes the truck does have anti lock brakes.
The truck does this everytime you brake when it is raining.
We recently took the rear tires off, etc, and checked the brakes, they are in excellent shape as far as wear and no leaks, but just can't figure out why it is doing this, please help.....
