I've had the petrol guage pretty much showing empty, but still never had a fuel light come on. Maybe since mine's an 87 it doesn't have one? Where exactly on the dash is it? A pic with it's location circled would be fantastic.
Last time I checked... with some booting, some normal driving (hang on, that's booting...
) it did 485 kms.
