Everything i've done to my car i've done myself so it would be cool to meet new folks. but anywayz Anyone know where i can get Info/Number/Web site on what the law is about neons and exhuast loudness....? Im from Independence, Mo. and I just got pulled over tonight for having a neon blue license place off of 24hwy. thanks
