Errr... Jackson racing offers a water injection kit for cooling the intake charge with the supercharger kit.
They also offer an oil cooler kit, for cooling down the motor oil, having nothing whatsoever to do with the supercharger.

It's just a plumbing problem. A lot of roots-type superchargers sit directly on the intake manifold because it's the only place they'll fit under the hood. That makes it really hard to get two big pipes out to an intercooler.
Any method of forced induction will benefit in power and reliability by the use of a properly sized intercooler.
