Re: Lights flicker on '02

I haven't had this problem on my Lesabre (yet), but I have had it on a couple of other vehicles. I would be crusing down the highway and the head lights would go off. In one, an old Ford truck, it was a loose connection in the brights switch. Sometimes, when I turned on the brights, it turned off the lights. In the jeep, the entire fuse box would wiggle loose on the firewall, under the hood. I cleaned off the connections well, but it still does it now and then. I just don't drive it after dark very often. If I do, I take a flash light. If both head lights are going out, I would look for something like a loose or corroded wiring harness connector. Also, pull and replace the fuse for the lights. Those would be the easy checks. If you can check it at night (lights on in the driveway) with a flash light, try to find the wiring and wobble things around to see if you can get it to do it. This is how if figued out the problem. Bumps in the road would shake it loose now and then. Good luck with it.
