The stock injectors will not max out with a stock turbo. All I can get is 68% at 19.7lbs/min airflow. (elevation) The most people see from the T25 is 23-25lbs/min. On an upgraded turbo of course you will easily run out of fuel. I believe 95 GSXracer said he did 17psi on the 14b (90-94 stock turbo) before they were maxed. Hope this helps.
