Well my first chance to post on this site....I had same problem... Error codes P1415 and P1416
I replaced both LEFT & RIGHT black air gizzmos..cost me $32.00 ea. and had to be purchased from dealer....I was told this is common problem...the only problem I ran into is that the hose clamp coming off one side of rubber hose takes a special tool to get off...or a lot of dexterity.
The modules are black, connecting to black rubber hose on one side and threaded on other side, with a larger round center...approx. length of 3" with dia. of 2" located coming off of exhaust manifold both on left and right sides of motor... connecting eventually to a canister on the passenger side against firewall under the hood.
Hope this helps you...cost me a trip to GOODGUYS (DORKGUYS) on a weekend...gave me code and mumble jumble answer and told me to come back when their "master tech" was onhand to find problem....I asked the dork who had no idea where to look if maybe it was under the drivers side...he looked their....lol...
well I too purchased scan tool to reset code and came back...I have replaced both modules and have had NO PROBLEMS nor reoccurring problem for 2 months now...
good luck JC
