Mechanics are the most antsy people out there. If they can't get their part RIGHT NOW they threaten to close the account and go somewhere else. You just gotta learn to make em happy. Give em a discount, free freight or whatever. Pull a string here and there to keep them coming back. A LOT of mechanics simply do it to relieve stress, or just be dicks, they don't even mean anything by it. I had a customer give me a rev up over something we didn't have, ripped me to shreds, then the next day we were laughing and joking with eachother.
