Most superchargers you can buy don't come with one. But you can install one which will help it out alot. A supercharger kit with an intercooler should make more power than a kit without an intercooler. Adding an intercooler to a supercharger kit lets you run the setup with more psi, because the intake air is alot cooler than if you didn't have an intercooler. It also lets you run a higher psi and more ignition timing because of the cooler air charge.
