Yes, you're reading it correctly. Funny, my t-bar lift can't be that much 'cause my 31x10.5's rub the Canadian mud flaps (I've shaved them with a knife to aid clearance, too) when I back out of the driveway & turn wheels simultaneously but I don't have too much space between bump stop & upper A-arm. Another funny thing: driver's side camber can be adjusted to dead center of spec (range is .1-1.1 with .6 the target) but passenger side can only be adjusted to about .2; but, all my measurements show that the passenger side t-bar is cranked LESS than the driver's side--that is, most passenger side measurements are about 1/16-1/8" shorter than driver's side. The only thing I can think of is we're seeing car to car and intra-car manufacturing tolerances rearing they'r ugly heads. I took some measurements but I've been hesitant to post 'cause they're on the driveway w/31x10.5" tires so the relevancy is not huge but I'll try to post tonight. Actually, I'll re-measure & post 'cause I recently had my tires rotated & the tread thickness difference was pretty big.
