U dont need the full line of Jic or full anything to race, just a good setup, its just that hes not even trying to help himself he expects to be spoon fed. Or at least present options as to what is better, kinda like: "I've been looking around and I saw that there are a few options. Which one is better between item X, item Y and item Z and why is it cuz I heard that X does so and so and Y is supposed to be..." U get what I mean.
