I picked up a used FBI steel roll pan for my sportside and now am curious how to get the stock spare tire ratchet device to work. Does the relocator move the rachet device such that the tube will come out under the lic plate? I am purchasing a hidden hitch that will fit behind the roll pan and still want the tire to be located underneath if I can find the correct relocator to get the tube lined up to somewhere hidden. Wish I would have thought this out before I got this deep
