If he bullshits you, make him uninstall what you didn't ask for and take him to small claims court for the cost. If you have spare time on your hands, try to give the impression of being as naive as possible, so that he will try to put as much over on you as he can. That way you'll be able to screw him all the more when push comes to shove.
