I toasted my valves when the dealership failed to tension my t-belt correctly and didn't hear a thing. My compression was shot, I don't remember it being zero but not far from it. Might want to retry the timing belt job with a new set of valves, the zero compression is pretty telling. You don't have to remove the block, just the head.

It your valves are screwed, as gthompson97 above me posted, your car won't run. If you want to narrow down options, try a leakdown test.
