Does it stall when you are stopped/idling in gear? If that is the case, put it into neutral when idling when it starts to do it again. If that prevents it from stalling again, I would be looking to be sure that the Idle Air Control valve is properly functioning. Also check the vacumn lines for leaks.
Another thing that would be good to do is put fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank on the next fill up.
