heh... sounds like these achievas are just full of so many problems that its not even funny. At any rate, the only thing that i can think of that might help improve the ride of the car would be possibly buying new shocks/struts, and possibly even check into getting a softer kind of shocks or struts or whatever they call them lol. Other than that, i really dont know what else there is to remedy such a problem. hope this helps, and good luck..
