Yeah I'd say something is wrong when you have 3:73s in the rear and your acceleration is bad. I know that when I took the baffle out of mine and took the dirty air filter out and put a K&N in the thing seemed to open up a bit.
I really wouldn't know where to stary on yours though. See if your air filter is dirty though because that will eat horsepower. That'd be a good place to start. Also, after a while the cats will get dirty and start to block up the exhaust a bit. That could be another problem but your car would have to have some miles on it before that starts up.
