I don't know exactly where it is on your car but usually they are either right before or right after the cat, but sometimes they put them right after the manifolds. Not exactly sure, crawl under there and look for it, your car may even have two of them i dunno. As for cost call a local parts store and ask them, hell they can even tell you if it has more than one and probably where it's located.
