I have more experience than I could ever wish for. Dont know any websites but its more practice and natural skill than anything. Oxygen is set to 20psi, acetalyn is set to 5psi at the regulators. You turn them on at the torch body and turn the adjustment knob all the way down so its only letting out acetalyn when you strike, then adjust to a nutrual flame. You hold the torch at an angle to what your cutting, letting it set till its cherry red before pulling the lever and start cutting. When you first learn they tell you to hold the torch in your right hand and make a fist out of your left hand and rest your right hand on it to use as a guide. How far the tip should be from the surface varys depending on thickness and tip size but usually 1/8 - 1/4". I'm sure mike will toss in some more technical stuff and can answer more questions and stuff on it than me though.
