for this one if there is ANY amount of room in the spot next to him, I will park in that stall so he either needs to wait until I decide that I'm done shopping and leave or has to figure out how to wiggle their vehicle out of the spot. This works better if somone is willing to do the same thing on the other side of them. Oh, and dont forget to take the licence plate # so when you get a ding or scratch, you can call in a hit and run and have their info.

And I also agree with the first post about the highbeams.
