On My '93 there is a little connector near the rear of the engine not connected to anything. That is a wire going to the high side of the fuel pump. If you measure the voltage, it has voltage on it when it is supposed to be running. (a few seconds when key first turned on, and all the time when engine running. If you are sure it is the fuel pump, you can also jumper it to 12 V and force the fuel pump to run for testing.
