those JICs are probably comparable more to the TypeHA's or TypeRA's. My HA's with upper pillow mounts on my 98 Prelude are much better quality than the TypeNA's, no doubt. the NA's are more for dressup, imo. NA's are working great on my G since it's just for looks.

let us know how many sec you knock off at the track. the upper pillow mounts do improve the overall handling of the car. gets rid of that squashy feeling. are you getting any spring compression noises from the pillow mounts?
