Question Degreased 4.0, now tranny not engaging past 2nd
Here's an odd one. I cleaned my '89's 4.0 today (degreaser and water wash) trying to avoid wetting the distributor cap etc. After finishing I went to drive and now my auto transmission won't upshift past 2nd. Reverse is fine.

Did I soak a vacuum hose? Did I get an electrical connection wet? This one stumps me as I have never had an issue with the tranny previously.

Any ideas welcomed! Thanks all!
