For the average joe mechanic who probably dosn't know which wire to tap into, i wouldn't reccomend it. It also depends on the wattage the new fogs are going to have. If you put too much draw on a certain wire you can constantly blow fuses, head light bulbs, etc. Also there is a possibility of messing with your DRL's and causing you to also loose your high's or lows. Personally, i wouldn't do it myself, perfessionally i'd let them tap into my headlights somewhere.
