Nope.
That kit is designed for ol' Hot Rods with flat glass and won't work with the slight curve of a newer cars window. Some 1G Integras have power windows, it will be easier to swap these in than trying to make the kit work. I've noticed that most of the door internals are similar (if not the same) with most Honda models, so the power window motor from most any Honda might work. For example, I picked up a set of power door lock solenoids from an '87 Accord that screwed directly on to my CRX door lock mechanism without any modification (I have to have something to unlock the doors when I shave the locks). I've also thought about going with power windows, but I'm not sure if I want to add any more weight to the car, and then there's the whole hole in the door panel left over from the window crank issue.
